Get ready to delight your palate with this creamy Caserecce with sausage, courgettes and Philadelphia!

Ingredients:

Zucchini
Vegetable broth
Mint
Pepper
Salt
Sausage
Wine
Pasta (homemade)
Philadelphia
Grated cheese

Method:

Cook the zucchini: dice the zucchini and cook them in a pan, gradually adding the vegetable broth.
Flavour: add mint, pepper and salt to your taste, being careful not to overdo it with the salt because of the saltiness of the sausage.
Create the cream: after 10 minutes, blend half of the zucchini with an immersion blender to obtain a creamy dressing.
Add the sausage: put everything back in the pan, add the sausage, blend with a drop of wine and leave to cook.
Cook the pasta: cook the pasta in salted water. Halfway through cooking, drain it, leaving a little water, and put it in the pan with the dressing.
Make it creamy: continue cooking, adding Philadelphia, grated cheese and a little cooking water for a creamy consistency.
Activate the starch: use the cooking water to make the dish even creamier.
