Ingredients
- 150 g of 0% Greek yogurt
- 110 g flour (mix of oats, wholemeal and buckwheat)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 square of 88% dark chocolate (or more, if you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preparation of the dough:
- In a large bowl, mix the flours with the yeast and a pinch of salt.
- Separately, combine the Greek yogurt and honey, mixing until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Pour the yogurt cream into the bowl with the flours and mix everything together until you get a smooth dough.
- Adding Chocolate:
- Break the 88% dark chocolate square into small pieces.
- Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the mixture, distributing them evenly.
- Shaping the cookies:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, take portions of dough and shape them into balls.
- Arrange the balls on the baking tray, pressing them down slightly to give them the shape of a biscuit.
- Cooking:
- Bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Once cooked, let them cool on a rack.
