Ingredients
- 300 g of 00 flour
- 200 g of cooked and pureed pumpkin
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 g softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 sachet of baking powder
Instructions
- Prepare the pumpkin: bake or steam until tender, then puree in a blender.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and continue mixing.
- Add the pumpkin puree and spices, mixing well.
- Sift the flour with the yeast and gradually add it to the mixture until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-18 minutes, until golden.
