5 Minute Bread: A Recipe You Should Try!

Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you a fantastic recipe for making bread in just 5 minutes of work! If only I had known about it 20 years ago! Here’s how to do it:

Ingredients:

800 g flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
10 g dry yeast
500 ml warm water
30 ml olive oil

Method:

Sifting the flour: Start by sifting 800 g of flour to obtain a super soft dough.
Add the dry ingredients: Combine 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons sugar and 10 g dry yeast.
Mix the dough: Pour 500 ml warm water and 30 ml olive oil. Mix until smooth.
Proofing: Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 2 hours, until it doubles in size.
Shaping the loaves: Divide the dough into 2 parts, shape into balls and roll them out.
Second proofing: Roll the dough, pinch the edges and let it rise in a warm place for another 30-40 minutes.
Preparing for baking: Brush with milk and olive oil before baking.
Baking: Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.
