Ingredients
- 3 eggs , 2 pears, 2 apples
- 250 g of 00 flour , 15 g of baking powder
- 200 g of granulated sugar , 50 g of melted butter
- 100 g of milk , 80 g of hazelnuts
- 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 24cm baking tin.
- Beat the eggs with the granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the melted butter and milk, mixing gently to incorporate the ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine the 00 flour , baking powder and chopped hazelnuts. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Peel and cut the pears and apples into thin slices. Sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
- Pour half of the mixture into the pan, add the fruit and cover with the rest of the mixture.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on the surface to get a crunchy crust while baking.
