Super Soft Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 500 g of 00 flour
  • 250 ml of warm milk
  • 15 g of fresh brewer’s yeast
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, pour the flour and add the milk and yeast mixture. Add the oil and start kneading.
  • After kneading for a few minutes, add the salt and continue until you get a soft and elastic dough.
  • Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out super soft pizzas using a round pastry cutter.
  • Place the pizzas on a baking tray lined with baking paper, fill with tomato sauce and mozzarella, and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
