Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon dried raisins
- Lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- 100 g of ricotta
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- Brown sugar to taste
- Powdered sugar to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit and raisins :
- Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them.
- Cut the apple into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
- Prepare the ricotta filling :
- Mix the ricotta with the sugar and eggs until you get a smooth mixture. This cream will be the heart of the tart.
- Assemble the tart :
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray and pour in the ricotta mixture.
- Add the apple slices and drained raisins on top of the filling.
- Cooking :
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes, until golden and crispy.
