A delicious and easy to prepare bread, without gluten, yeast and flour!
Ingredients:
3 eggs 🥚
380 g of natural yogurt 🥛
Salt (½ or 1 teaspoon to taste) 🧂
1 teaspoon of baking soda 🥄
300 g of oat flakes 🌾
60 g of chopped walnuts 🌰
Mixed seeds (e.g. sunflower, sesame, flax) 🌱
Method:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the salt and baking soda, mixing well.
Incorporate the oat flakes and chopped walnuts, mixing until you get a uniform dough.
Add the mixed seeds and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
