6 eggs
250 g of sugar
300 g of pistachio flour
100 g of 00 flour
120 ml of seed oil (or 150 g of melted butter)
1 sachet of baking powder (16 g)
200 g of pistachio cream (like sweet Nutella)

Preparation:
Dough:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of vanilla until the mixture is light and frothy.
Dry Ingredients:
Add the oil (or melted butter), the pistachio flour, the 00 flour and the baking powder. Mix well until the mixture is bright green and smooth.
Pour into the Cake Pan:
Pour the mixture into the oiled and floured cake pan.
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (static) for about 45 minutes, or at 160°C (fan assisted) for 60 minutes. Always do the toothpick test!
Cooling and Filling:
Once cooked, let it cool completely and then cut it in half.
