Plumcake with Oat Flakes, Apple and Blueberries

Making plumcake with oat flakes, apple and blueberries is simple and quick. Follow these steps to get a perfect dessert for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 200 g of oat flakes
  • apples peeled and diced
  • 100 g fresh blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 60 ml of seed oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the oats , flour and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar until frothy.
  • Add the milk, oil and vanilla to the egg and sugar mixture, mixing well.
  • Add the dry ingredients a little at a time, mixing until you get a smooth dough.
  • Add the apples and blueberries, making sure to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
