Ingredients:
4 teaspoons of instant coffee
20 ml of cold milk 🥛
3 tablespoons of condensed milk 🍶
500 ml of sweet liquid cream to whip 🥄
For the decoration:
Bitter cocoa powder to taste 🍫
Chocolate coffee beans to taste
Procedure:
Preparation of the coffee mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the instant coffee with the cold milk until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the condensed milk and mix well. Set aside.
Whip the cream:
In a large bowl, whip the cream until you obtain firm peaks using an electric whisk.
Incorporate the coffee mixture:
Gradually add the coffee mixture to the whipped cream, continuing to mix with the whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Prepare the mold:
Prepare a 24 cm plum cake mold, lightly greasing it with a drizzle of oil and covering it with cling film.
Pour the mixture into the mold:
Pour the mixture into the mold and level the surface with a silicone spatula.
Rest in the freezer:
Let the semifreddo rest in the freezer for at least two hours, until it solidifies.
Unmold and decorate:
After the necessary time, unmold the semifreddo onto the serving plate and carefully remove the film.
Garnish with bitter cocoa and chocolate coffee beans.
