Quick Dessert with Yogurt and Egg in 5 Minutes!
If you only have an egg and some yogurt, you can prepare a delicious dessert without an oven! Perfect for an impromptu snack or a last-minute dessert!
Ingredients:
For the base:
🥚 1 egg
🍬 2 tablespoons of sugar
🌼 1 sachet of vanilla sugar or vanillin
🛢️ 2 tablespoons of oil (seed or olive)
🥄 5 tablespoons of plain yogurt
🌾 175 g of flour (approximately)
🥄 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Preparation:
Mix the Liquid Ingredients:
In a bowl, break the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the oil and yogurt, continuing to mix until everything is incorporated.
Add the Dry Ingredients:
Sifter the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix everything together until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Cooking:
Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan.
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the cake is cooked and golden.
Serving:
Let it cool slightly before serving.
You can garnish with powdered sugar or fresh fruit if you like for an extra touch!
