Yogurt Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

5 eggs 🥚
300 g of 00 flour 🌾
200 g of sugar 🍬
150 g of natural yogurt 🥣
80 g of potato starch 🥔
180 g of melted butter 🧈
1 sachet of baking powder (about 16 g) 🥄
1 sachet of vanilla sugar 🍦

Method:

Preparation of Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 175°C and prepare a bundt cake mold of about 25 cm, buttering it and lightly flouring it.
Processing of Ingredients:
In a large bowl, work the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.
Adding the Other Ingredients:
Add the natural yogurt and the melted butter to the mixture of egg yolks and sugar. Mix well to combine everything.
Adding the Dry Ingredients:
Sift together the potato starch, flour and vanilla sugar. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture, stirring gently.
Preparing the Egg Whites:
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Incorporating the Egg Whites:
Add the whipped egg whites to the mixture, stirring gently from top to bottom so as not to deflate them. The mixture should be smooth and soft.
Baking:
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold, leveling the surface with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving:
Once cooked, let the cake cool in the mold for a few minutes. Then, gently turn out onto a rack and let cool completely before serving.
