Preparing the wet ingredients : In another bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Add the eggs , Greek yogurt , and vegetable oil . Mix until smooth.
Combining the ingredients : Gradually pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients, mixing gently with a spatula or wooden spoon. Make sure not to overwork the dough to keep the banana bread soft and delicious .
Adding Extras : If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips into the batter, mixing gently to distribute evenly.
Baking : Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the batter into a plumcake pan lined with baking paper or lightly greased. Level the surface with a spatula. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling : Once baked, let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
