Ingredients:

3 large eggs 🥚
150 g sugar 🍚
Grated zest of 1 lemon 🍋
4 natural Greek yogurts (125 g each) 🍦
250 g mascarpone cheese 🧀
1 heaped tablespoon cornstarch (Maizena)

Preparation:

Prepare the mixture:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a light and frothy mixture.
Add the lemon zest and yogurts, mixing well.
Incorporate the mascarpone and mix until you get a smooth cream.
Add the cornstarch and mix again.
Bake the cake:
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 45 minutes.
