Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Mussels
Clams
Garlic
Parsley
Chili Pepper
Cherry Tomatoes

Method:
Fry: In a pan, brown a clove of garlic and the parsley stalks in a drizzle of oil.
Cook the seafood: Add the mussels and clams with half a glass of water. As they open, remove them from the pan. Filter the liquid and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In the same pan, add chopped garlic, parsley and a little chili pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes and the filtered fruit liquid, leaving to cook for about 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta: Add the spaghetti very al dente and continue cooking in the sauce. If necessary, add a little cooking water to mix.
Cream: Once the pasta releases its starch and creates a cream, add the shelled seafood, keeping aside some whole ones for garnish.
Plate: When ready, add a drizzle of raw oil and a generous handful of parsley. Serve garnished with the whole seafood.
