Apple Fritters in 5 Minutes!

These apple fritters are a quick and delicious treat, perfect for a tasty snack or a last-minute dessert! Easy to prepare, they will conquer everyone with their flavor!

Ingredients:

1 apple 🍎
1 egg 🥚
2 tablespoons of sugar 🍬
A pinch of salt 🧂
150 g of yogurt 🥣
140 g of flour 🌾
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 🎂
Oil for frying 🌿


Preparation:


Preparation of the Apple:
Wash and peel the apple, then remove the core and cut it into thin slices. Thicker slices may be soft, so it is better to keep the thinness.
Preparing the Batter:
In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add the yogurt and mix well to combine.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually incorporate them into the mixture, stirring until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Cooking the Fritters:
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Dip the apple slices into the batter, making sure they are well coated.
Fry the fritters in the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Service:
Drain the fritters on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
