Ingredients:
🥚 1 egg
🧂 1 g salt
🌸 3 g vanilla extract (optional)
🍚 60 g sugar
🍰 110 g cake flour
🧁 4 g baking powder
🥛 85 g milk
🧈 10 g unsalted butter
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin pan with paper cups.
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg, salt, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth.
Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the egg and sugar mixture. Stir gently until smooth.
Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until the butter has melted. Let cool slightly.
Pour the warm milk and butter into the batter and stir until fully incorporated.
Divide the batter between the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
Bake the muffins for about 18-20 minutes, or until golden and puffed up.
Once cooked, let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
