Sweet Bread with Ricotta and Chocolate Chips

A simple and delicious dessert, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

For the dough:
450 g of 00 flour 🌾
8 g of brewer’s yeast 🌱
20 g of melted butter 🧈
3 tablespoons of seed oil 🌻
1 egg 🥚
70 g of sugar 🍬
250 ml of warm milk 🥛
For the cream:
300 g of ricotta 🧀
80 g of icing sugar 🍬
50 g of chocolate chips 🍫

Method:

Dough: Mix flour and yeast in a bowl. Add butter, oil, egg, sugar and milk. Knead until you get a smooth mixture. Leave to rise covered until it doubles.
Cream: Mix ricotta and icing sugar until you get a smooth cream. Add the chocolate chips.
Assembly: Roll out the dough, spread the cream, roll and form a loaf. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking: Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes, until golden.
Serving: Cool on a rack, then slice and enjoy!
