Cocoa and Crushed Biscuits Delight

Make this delicious cocoa delight, perfect for any occasion! With a soft texture and a Nutella heart, it will be a real pleasure for the palate!

Ingredients:

350 g crushed dry biscuits
3 tablespoons icing sugar
4 tablespoons bitter cocoa
3 tablespoons Nutella
80 g melted butter
100 ml milk (or condensed milk for an extra creamy touch)
2 eggs
50 g flour (or potato starch for a lighter texture)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Icing sugar for dusting

Method:

Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, icing sugar, cocoa and flour. Mix well to combine all the ingredients, as if you were creating a soft cloud of flavours.
Add Creamy Ingredients:
Pour the Nutella and melted butter into the biscuit mix. Add the milk (or condensed milk) and mix until smooth and inviting.
Incorporate the Eggs:
Add the eggs and yeast, mixing well. This will bring your delight to life, making it soft and light as a feather 🪶.
Pour into the Mold:
Choose a buttered cake pan (20-22 cm in diameter) or a rectangular mold. Pour the mixture and level it with a spatula. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the mold on top.
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. The scent of cocoa that will fill the kitchen will be the sign that it is almost ready! Check the cooking with a toothpick: it must come out clean, but with a slight hint of moisture.
Cooling and Decoration:
Once baked, let the cake cool. Dust with powdered sugar and, for an extra touch, add a sweet drizzle of Nutella on top!
Tip: Serve the delight with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an even more delicious dessert!
