Introduction:

Ingredients:

1 egg
90 g sugar
90 g seed oil
90 ml milk
190 g flour
8 g baking powder

Method:

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add the liquid ingredients:
Combine the seed oil and milk, stirring well to combine the ingredients.
3️⃣ Sift the dry ingredients:
Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl, then stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture:
Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured pan, leveling the surface with a spoon.
5️⃣ Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through in the center.

For the Mascarpone Cream:
250 g mascarpone
100 g icing sugar
1 cup coffee (optional)

How to Make Mascarpone Cream:

2️⃣ Add the coffee:
If you want, add the coffee and mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
3️⃣ Fill the cake:
Once the cake is completely cold, divide it in half and spread the mascarpone cream between the two layers.
4️⃣ Decorate and serve:
Decorate as desired and serve.
