Risotto with Melograno and Mascarpone

Ingredients:

300g of Carnaroli rice

1 melograno (sugar and sugar)1

cipolla

1 liter of vegetable

broth100g mascarpone

Oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:

Brown the chopped onion, add the rice and blend with the pomegranate juice.Add the broth a little at a time until cooked.Stir in mascarpone and decorate with pomegranate seeds.
