1 round of puff pastry
1 album
90g icing sugar
to taste jam
PROCEDURE
- Combine your album and your bike.
- Cut the puff pastry, first in half and then make strips about 2 cm wide.
- Pass the surface with the glass and create the design on the puff pastry with the jam.
- Bake at 170 degrees in a fan oven for about 25 minutes.
TIPS:
- Leave the glass and keep it in the fridge before using it.
- Use a small amount of jam to ensure a more defined design.
- Place the tray on the bottom of the oven, or in the center, to avoid confetti if it is too colorful.
