Sfogliatin veloci: easy to prepare and super golose!

INGREDIENTS

1 round of puff pastry
1 album
90g icing sugar
to taste jam

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine your album and your bike.
  2. Cut the puff pastry, first in half and then make strips about 2 cm wide.
  3. Pass the surface with the glass and create the design on the puff pastry with the jam.
  4. Bake at 170 degrees in a fan oven for about 25 minutes.

TIPS:

  1. Leave the glass and keep it in the fridge before using it.
  2. Use a small amount of jam to ensure a more defined design.
  3. Place the tray on the bottom of the oven, or in the center, to avoid confetti if it is too colorful.
