Ingredients (per 4 servings):


2 mature bananas
150 g of avena flour
2 grated
50 g of uvetta or datteri tritati
1 spoon of cannella in powder
1 spoon of sweet potatoes

1 pinch of salt
Dried fruit to taste (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)


Preparation


Prepare the dough:
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add the grated apples, raisins (or dates), cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients:
Add the oat flour and baking powder to the wet dough, mixing until smooth.
If the dough is too thick, add a tablespoon of water.
Add the dried fruit:

Coarsely chop the dried fruit and add it to the dough for a crunchy touch.
Form the dessert:
Pour the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper or shape small biscuits with the help of a spoon.
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, until the dessert is lightly golden on the surface.
