Delicious Recipe: Homemade Turkish Style Feta Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:


1 cup
1 cup milk
About 2 and 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cream powder
1 cup salt
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Small bowl chopped parsley
Fresh dill, to taste
100 grams feta cheese
Oil for refrigerator

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk, baking powder, and salt, beating until well combined.
Finely chop the red and green bell peppers and crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
Add the chopped vegetables and feta cheese to the egg mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, kneading until the dough becomes slightly sticky.
Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the dough until about 1/4 inch thick. Using a round pastry cutter or the rim of a glass, cut out circles of dough.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the fritters to the oil, frying until golden brown on both sides, ensuring they are cooked through.
Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess oil.
Serve the fritters hot, garnished with chopped parsley and dill if desired. Enjoy this delicious Turkish-inspired dish as a snack or appetizer!
