Raspberry Tiramisu: A Fruity and Light Delight

For a deliciously soft and fruity dessert, let yourself be seduced by our raspberry tiramisu, a light and exquisite delight that will surprise your guests and delight their palate!

Ingredients:

250 g raspberries
250 g mascarpone
8 tablespoons biscuits
2 eggs
50 g sugar
1 pinch salt
Raspberry syrup
1 sachet vanilla sugar

Preparation

In a salad bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Pour the yolks into the salad bowl and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes whitish.

Add the mascarpone to the previous mixture and beat vigorously. Reserve in the refrigerator.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat them until stiff, taking care not to make them too stiff.

Gradually add the whipped egg whites to the mascarpone mixture.
In a hollow container, mix the raspberry syrup with a little water. Wet the biscuits cut in half with this syrup and place them on the bottom of your container. Pat lightly.

Cover with a layer of mascarpone, then arrange a few raspberries. Pat lightly after each step.

Cut the biscuits in half lengthwise and dip them in the syrup. Then arrange them on the raspberries.

Cover again with mascarpone. Close the container and let it cool for at least 2 hours.

Decorate your tiramisu with raspberries before enjoying it!
