INGREDIENTS
50g (1/4 cup) cream cheese
30g (1/4 cup) tomato sauce
2 rolls of puff pastry
Oregano
70g mushrooms
100g cooked ham
100g mozzarella
1 beaten egg for brushing
METHOD
- In a small bowl add the cream cheese and tomato sauce and mix well.
- Unroll the first roll of puff pastry on the cutting board and spread the previously prepared mixture. Close it with another roll of puff pastry.
- Cut the pastry into triangles with the pizza cutter and transfer them to the baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg, transfer to the oven and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden.
- Cut them into triangles and serve with ketchup.
