Ingredients:
75 g water
75 g milk
55 g butter
1 pinch salt
80 g flour
125 g eggs (about 3 eggs)
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter in the milk, water and salt.
- Then add the flour and mix until it comes away from the sides.
- Then add the eggs and transfer the mixture into the piping bag.
- Form the cream puffs and add the granulated sugar.
- Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
