Cream puffs with sugar sprinkles

Ingredients:

75 g water
75 g milk
55 g butter
1 pinch salt
80 g flour
125 g eggs (about 3 eggs)

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter in the milk, water and salt.
  2. Then add the flour and mix until it comes away from the sides.
  3. Then add the eggs and transfer the mixture into the piping bag.
  4. Form the cream puffs and add the granulated sugar.
  5. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
