Salt, parsley, pepper and extra virgin olive oil to taste for frying.

In a bowl pour the milk together with a pinch of salt. Dip the slices of bread and wet them on both sides, be careful not to wet them too much otherwise they become too soft;
Pour the eggs, grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper into a bowl and beat with a fork;
Coat the slices of bread in flour, then fill them with slices of scamorza and ham and dip them in the egg mixture;
Coat the mixture on all sides, then fry in plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Brown on both sides, drain on absorbent paper;
Transfer our stuffed fried bread to a plate and serve hot.. AMAZING!
