INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg,
- 120 g of walnuts;
- 120 g of peeled almonds;
- 100 g of granulated sugar;
- 1 sachet of vanilla (or the grated peel of 1 lemon or 1 orange);
- icing sugar to taste
STEP
- Chop the walnuts and almonds (peeled) and reduce them to flour;
- Pour them into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, vanilla (or grated lemon or orange peel) and mix until everything is well combined;
- Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for an hour;
- We take the dough again, form balls of about 20 grams each and roll them in icing sugar;
- place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, well spaced apart from each other;
- Cook in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 10/12 minutes;
- Once baked, let them cool and then enjoy them in all their goodness!
