Cookies with Walnuts and Almonds, quick and easy recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg,
  • 120 g of walnuts;
  • 120 g of peeled almonds;
  • 100 g of granulated sugar;
  • 1 sachet of vanilla (or the grated peel of 1 lemon or 1 orange);
  • icing sugar to taste

STEP

  1. Chop the walnuts and almonds (peeled) and reduce them to flour;
  2. Pour them into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, vanilla (or grated lemon or orange peel) and mix until everything is well combined;
  3. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for an hour;
  4. We take the dough again, form balls of about 20 grams each and roll them in icing sugar;
  5. place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, well spaced apart from each other;
  6. Cook in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 10/12 minutes;
  7. Once baked, let them cool and then enjoy them in all their goodness!
