1 tablespoon of wheat or corn starch (about 20 g);
Grated zest of 1 orange or lemon;
150 g of icing sugar

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, lightly beat the yolks;
Add the egg yolks to the whipped egg whites, add the icing sugar and mix gently, add the almond flour (one spoonful at a time) and mix;
Then add the starch, the limoncello and the flavourings… finally the sifted yeast and mix until everything is well combined;
Take a baking pan (24 cm in diameter), grease it with butter, line it with baking paper (also on the sides of the pan) and cook at 180 degrees (in a pre-heated oven) for 30 minutes;
Remove from the oven and let cool, transfer to a nice serving dish and serve with a good coffee or a liqueur of your choice!! Fabulous!!
