Chocolate Chip Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 g of 00 cake flour;
  • 125 g of potato starch;
  • 150 ml of sunflower seed oil;
  • 150 ml of milk;
  • 1 sachet of baking powder;
  • 2 whole eggs;
  • 170 g granulated sugar;
  • 1 sachet of vanilla;
  • Chocolate chips to taste

STEP

  1. Pour the whole eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk until they become nice and creamy;
  2. After that, add, and always whisking, first the oil, then the milk, the sifted flours, the vanilla and finally the sifted yeast;
  3. Beat well to combine all the ingredients;
  4. Turn the oven on to 180 degrees and bring it to temperature (10 minutes);
  5. Take the paper cups, place them inside the muffin tray, fill them with a spoonful of mixture (be careful not to fill them to the brim otherwise the mixture will come out during cooking);
  6. Add the chocolate chips on top of the mixture (it’s much better if you keep the chips in the freezer while you’re preparing it, they won’t fall down during cooking);
  7. Cook for 20 minutes (be careful with your oven);
  8. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool;
  9. Transfer to a nice serving tray and serve with a good coffee!
  10. They are truly exceptional, try them and you will agree with me!
