INGREDIENTS
- 2 aubergines;
- Extra virgin olive oil;
- Rocket;
- Salt and pepper;
- A clove of garlic, minced;
- 1 chili pepper;
- Cheese flakes if desired;
- Balsamic vinegar
STEP
- Take 2 aubergines, preferably large ones, slice them and grill them;
- Chop the garlic and chilli pepper into small pieces;
- Place the aubergine slices on a plate, season with garlic, rocket, chilli pepper, oil, cheese flakes (if you like) and a splash of balsamic vinegar;
- Accompany them with some slices of excellent Altamurano bread, truly delicious!
