INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil;
- 300 g of courgettes;
- 200 g of cream cheese (I used Philadelphia);
- 1 roll of puff pastry;
For the filling:
- 2 eggs;
- 80 g of grated cheese;
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
- 100 ml of milk;
- Half an onion;
- Salt and pepper
STEP
- Dice the courgettes, finely chop the onion and brown them both in a pan with a drizzle of oil:
- Once the courgette and onion have softened, turn off the heat and let it cool;
- Then pour the courgette into a bowl, add the salt, pepper, tuna and philadelphia and mix until everything is well combined;
- Place the pastry in a baking dish and add the courgette mixture;
- Beat the eggs with the milk and grated cheese, pour it over the courgettes and finish by decorating the edge;
- Cook at 180 degrees (hot oven) for 30 minutes;
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a plate and serve… fabulous!!!!
