INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams of spaghetti;
- 100 grams of pecorino romano;
- 100 grams of broad beans in pods;
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- First, shell the broad beans, sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook for a couple of minutes;
- Take a bowl, pour in the grated pecorino, the pepper and add two ladles of pasta cooking water;
- Mix everything well to obtain a smooth cream without lumps;
- Pour the spaghetti into the pan with the broad beans, add the pecorino cream, I suggest you finish cooking with a little cooking water which will help all the ingredients blend together;
- Plate, add a handful of grated pecorino, a little black pepper and… enjoy your meal!!
