Bucatini with pizza sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr. of bucatini;
  • 500 g of cherry tomatoes;
  • 100 g tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese;
  • 2 mozzarellas;
  • 1 tablespoon capers;
  • Parsley;
  • Basil;
  • Oregano;
  • 100 g of cooked ham;
  • 1 whole clove of garlic;
  • Extra virgin olive oil;
  • Salt and pepper

STEP

  1. Prepare the sauce;
  2. Take a pan, pour in the oil, add the garlic and brown;
  3. After that, pour the chopped cherry tomatoes into the pan, add salt, pepper, a few basil leaves and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally;
  4. Put the pasta pot on the heat;
  5. Cook the pasta al dente;
  6. Drain, then pour into a bowl and season with the cheese and 3 ladles of sauce;
  7. Pour the pasta into the oiled baking pan and season with the chopped mozzarella, chopped cooked ham, oregano, parsley, cheese and the sauce;
  8. Make two layers, drizzle with oil and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes;
  9. Bake, plate and enjoy… fabulous!!
