INGREDIENTS
- 500 g medium potatoes;
- 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- 8 tablespoons grated cheese;
- Rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
STEP
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes;
- Then transfer them to a bowl filled with cold water to prevent them from blackening;
- Meanwhile, in another bowl combine the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, rosemary, salt and black pepper;
- Mix the mixture well to obtain a homogeneous breading;
- Then drain the potatoes that you have cut and immersed in water and pat them dry lightly with a tea towel;
- At this point, transfer the potatoes to the bowl where you prepared the breading and mix them well so that all the potatoes are well coated in the mixture which will give crunchiness to the recipe;
- Finally, transfer the potatoes onto a baking tray lined with baking paper previously moistened and then well squeezed so that it adheres better to the pan, add a little oil (about 4 tablespoons), finally cover the potatoes with a spoonful of breadcrumbs:
- Then cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, taking care to turn the potatoes every now and then so that they cook evenly. Remove from the oven and serve,,,, FABULOUS!!!
NOTE
If you want to give a distinctive note to the dish, try flavouring the sandy potatoes with a teaspoon of paprika, they will be even tastier.
