INGREDIENTS
- 600 g of green Friggitelli peppers;
- 200 ml of extra virgin olive oil;
- Add salt to taste;
- 1 clove of garlic
STEP
- Wash and dry the peppers with a cloth;
- Take a pan, pour in the oil, the garlic clove and fry;
- Once the oil has reached temperature, place the peppers and cover with the lid immediately, stirring often with a spoon;
- After about 10 minutes of cooking, add salt and close the lid;
- They will be cooked when they deflate and the skin will start to peel off in some places and they will have a slightly darker color;
- Using a slotted spoon, remove our peppers and place them on a serving plate;
- Drizzle the peppers with frying oil and enjoy. Excellent on a simple piece of bread or to add more flavor to meat and vegetables…
