INGREDIENTS
- 1 liter of 95-degree alcohol;
- 13 green walnuts;
- 600 ml of water;
- 400 g of sugar;
- 1 Nutmeg;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- 4-5 cloves
STEP
- Slice or crush the walnuts;
- Infuse them in alcohol inside a hermetically sealed container, leaving them in the dark until Christmas;
- After the necessary time has passed, add the crushed nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves;
- Stir often for a few days (5 days to be precise);
- When the time comes, pass everything through the appropriate press;
- Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar and add it to the pressed product;
- Leave to mature for a few weeks before filtering.
- Bottle and let the Nocino rest for as long as possible;
- A great liqueur to taste.. try it!!
