Soft cappuccino donut

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of 00 flour;
  • 170 g granulated sugar;
  • 160 ml of milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 120 g corn starch;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 110 ml of ready coffee;
  • 1 sachet of baking powder;
  • 150 g of chocolate chips;
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

STEP

  1. Take a bowl, pour in the eggs, the sugar and whisk until you obtain a nice fluffy and frothy mixture;
  2. Gradually add the melted butter and milk and mix everything well;
  3. Then, always whisking, add the ready and lukewarm coffee, the flour and the corn starch;
  4. Also add the sifted baking powder and mix, finally add the chocolate chips and mix everything well;
  5. Butter and flour a donut pan (22 cm in diameter) and pour the mixture into it;
  6. Cook the donut at 180 degrees (preheated oven) for about 25-30 minutes;
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar, transfer to a nice serving dish and serve!! It’s a true triumph of taste!!
