Baked prawns, easy, quick and light

Baked prawns, easy, quick and light

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 prawns;
  • Parsley;
  • Chives;
  • Garlic;
  • Salt;
  • Extra virgin olive oil;
  • Pepper or 1 red chili pepper (if you like);
  • Half a glass of white wine;
  • 1 lemon

STEP

  1. Wash the prawns well under running water without removing the shell, taking care not to remove either the head or the tail, which should be left attached to the prawn as decoration. Now remove the internal intestine: cut the back of the prawn with a small knife and remove the dark filament, the prawn intestine, pulling it delicately with the knife blade or a toothpick;
  2. Then place them on a cloth to dry;
  3. Let’s prepare the dressing;
  4. Finely chop the parsley, chives and garlic;
  5. Pour everything into a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt (just a little, please);
  6. Place the prawns on a baking tray lined with baking paper, pour the white wine over the prawns, then add the seasoning over all the fish;
  7. Here I added a spicy red chili pepper, but if you don’t like it you can easily replace it with pepper;
  8. Cook at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, remove from the oven and serve warm with the cooking sauce and a few slices of lemon;
  9. I assure you that there will be nothing left… too good!!!
