Both ingredients contain substances  that guarantee beneficial effects for the body  and relieve many ailments in a completely natural way. How to obtain an effective and easy-to-prepare antibiotic? Here’s a simple recipe,  made with easy-to-find ingredients  and also very inexpensive!

The  health benefits of garlic and lemon are exceptional  . In fact, as is well known, they are both effective in strengthening the immune system and are therefore excellent for improving health and reducing colds and flu.

 

Garlic contains  important substances such as alliin, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C   , and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, sulfur, bromine, iron, and much more. Lemon  is also rich in vitamin C  , and its effects are powerful in fighting colds and flu.

What you need to make a natural antibiotic

To make a  natural antibiotic at home,  you only need a few ingredients that are usually already in the kitchen. This way, you can prepare an effective and economical product. Here’s what you need:

  • 2 kilos of fresh garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 and a half tablespoons of coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar (300 ml)
  • 2 1-liter glass jars

How to prepare garlic

To use garlic in this beneficial winter recipe,  it’s important to clean it thoroughly  and remove any clumps and skin.  Here’s how to do it:

  • cut the garlic stem part of the attachment with a knife, making a clean cut
  • tear off the shells so that there are two leaves on top
  • cut the pompom part from the bottom without damaging the garlic
  • make sure the garlic remains free of clumps and skin
 

Perform the same procedure on all the bulbs  and you will have garlic ready to wash and then use for the preparation of the antibiotic.

Procedure for putting garlic in the jar

After cleaning the garlic and cutting the stems,  wash it by placing it in a glass bowl  with water, making sure it is very clean and then drain it thoroughly.

Take the  two 1-liter glass jars  and  fill them with garlic  up to the mouth. While arranging the bulbs,  place 1 bay leaf  in each jar and  two or three lemon slices  , then continue with the remaining garlic until the jars are completely full.

At this point, pour  1 1/2 tablespoons of coarse salt  into another glass container, add 1 teaspoon of lemon salt, 1 1/2 cups of apple cider vinegar (300 ml). Mix all ingredients well so that the salts do not dissolve completely.

Pour the  resulting solution into the two jars with the garlic  you prepared earlier, making sure to  pour it in equal parts  . Add  hot drinking water  until the  jars are full,  and above all, make sure to cover the garlic well.

Seal the jars tightly  with clean lids  and store them in  a cool, sunny place  . Keep them  closed for two weeks  and  shake them well  from time to time to better mix the ingredients.

With this simple procedure, you will have prepared an excellent natural antibiotic, effective in immediately eliminating any illness and ensuring excellent health for the whole family!
