Swelling in the ankles, legs, or feet can not only be uncomfortable, but also a real pain in everyday life. Introducing parsley tea, a simple yet powerful beverage that helps remove excess fluid, reduce water retention, and improve circulation. And best of all, it’s incredibly easy to make!
 Ingredients:
 1 liter of water
 A handful of fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons of dried parsley)
 Optional: 1/2 lemon juice for extra
 detoxification power Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey for sweetness
How to make it:
Step 1  Start by bringing 1 liter of water to a boil.
Step 1  Once the water boils, add the chopped fresh parsley (or dried parsley if you have that).
Step 2  Simmer the mixture for 5-10 minutes to allow the parsley to infuse the water with its natural properties.  
Once  boiling, strain the tea and let it cool slightly.
Optional  additions: Add 1/2 lemon juice or a teaspoon of honey for an extra detox boost or a little sweetness.
Step 3  Enjoy one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening for best results!
