Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toast the Bread:
    • Pop your bread slices into the toaster until golden brown. Not a toaster fan? Use a pan for extra crunch!
  2. Prep the Avocado:
    • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit (carefully—this is not the time for injuries), and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork, leaving it as smooth or chunky as you like. Add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper.
  3. Cook the Eggs:
