Ingredients


2 eggs
1 cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1 teaspoon paprika
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
to taste Salt and pepper
to taste Vegetable oil

1. First wash the cauliflower, divide it into florets and cook it in salted water for 3-4 minutes, then drain the florets and rinse them immediately with cold water.

2. Now mix the finely grated cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder in a large bowl. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
3. Now line a baking tray with baking paper and brush it lightly with vegetable oil.
Next, dip the cauliflower florets in the eggs and then coat them in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
