I can’t help it, fantastic apple snails

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
80 g of sugar
1 egg
200 g of butter
170 ml of milk
a little salt
1 cube of fresh yeast
1 sachet of baking powder
650 g of flour
For the garnish
130 g of butter
4 apples
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
For the decoration
Sugar to taste
15 g of cinnamon

Instructions for use

The first step is to prepare a leavened dough for the apple snails. To do this, take about a teaspoon of sugar and dissolve it in warm milk together with the yeast.
Now mix the butter with the sugar and salt, add the egg and mix in the yogurt.
Then mix the flour with the yeast and knead alternating the yeast and milk.
Work the dough again with your hands until it is smooth and elastic, then place it in a bowl, covered, in a warm place for about 50 minutes. Leave to rest for about 50 minutes.
Now wash, peel and core the apples and cut them into cubes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work surface. Preheat the oven to about 200 °C/U.
Melt the butter and brush it with the dough. The remaining butter will be used for decoration later.
Then distribute the diced apples on the dough and sprinkle them evenly with vanilla sugar.
Roll up the dough lengthwise and cut into slices about 3 cm thick. They taste simply heavenly!
Finally, arrange the slices a little apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Allow the apple snails to cool completely.
Enjoy your meal
