FRENCH BREAD OR BOLILLOS

Ingredients:


500 g flour
5 g yeast
300 ml water
5 g salt

Preparation:


1.Put the flour in a deep container.

  1. Add the yeast
  2. Out of the yeast, add the salt.
  3. Gradually add warm water to mix.
  4. When all the water has been added, knead for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough and fold it with the palm of your hands until it is elastic.
  6. Form a ball of dough and let it rest for an hour and a half (covered with plastic wrap in a bowl).
  7. Take a piece of dough, stretch it into a rectangle and roll it into an elongated cylinder.
  8. Bake the French bread at 200ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.
