Ingredients:
500 g flour
5 g yeast
300 ml water
5 g salt
 
Preparation:
    1.Put the flour in a deep container.
- Add the yeast
 - Out of the yeast, add the salt.
 - Gradually add warm water to mix.
 - When all the water has been added, knead for 10 minutes.
 - Roll out the dough and fold it with the palm of your hands until it is elastic.
 - Form a ball of dough and let it rest for an hour and a half (covered with plastic wrap in a bowl).
 - Take a piece of dough, stretch it into a rectangle and roll it into an elongated cylinder.
 - Bake the French bread at 200ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.
