Salad that burns belly fat, I lost 5 kilos in a month.
Ingredients:
1/3 head of cabbage, finely grated
1 large carrot, julienned or grated
1 fresh cucumber, julienned or thinly sliced
1 large red apple, julienned or thinly sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
The juice of one lemon
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
20 grams honey
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt to taste
Cane sugar to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the vegetables and fruits by cleaning them thoroughly. Cut the cabbage, carrot, cucumber and apple into julienned or thinly sliced. Cut the red onion into thin slices.
In a large salad bowl, mix the grated cabbage, julienned carrot, cucumber, apple and red onion slices. Toss lightly.
To make the dressing, in a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and mustard until well combined. Add salt and a pinch of cane sugar to taste, adjusting the seasoning to your preference.
Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
Let the salad sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. You can also refrigerate it for half an hour before serving to enhance its flavor.
Serve the salad fresh as a side dish or as a light main dish.
