Non-Alcoholic Christmas Sangria

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice 
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice 
  • 2 cups apple cider (preferably unfiltered)
  • 1 cup sparkling water (for a fizzy touch)
  • 1 orange , thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon , thinly sliced
  • 1 lime , thinly sliced
  • 1 apple , thinly sliced
  • 1 pear , thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries 
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds 
  • 2 cinnamon sticks 
  • Sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Mix the juices: In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and apple cider. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  • Add Fruit: Add orange, lemon, lime, apple, and pear slices to the juice mixture. These fresh fruits not only add flavor, but also a festive visual touch.
  • Incorporate the spices: Drop the cinnamon sticks into the pitcher. If desired, add the rosemary sprigs for additional flavor.
  • Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld and intensify.
  • Add Sparkling Water: Just before serving, pour sparkling water into the mix. This adds a nice fizz to the Non-Alcoholic Christmas Sangria .
  • Serving: Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure each serving contains chunks of fruit. Garnish with fresh cranberries and pomegranate seeds for a finishing touch.
