- 250 g dark chocolate
- 150 g of granulated sugar
- 100 g almonds , toasted and finely ground for a more intense flavour
- 80 g of butter
- 4 eggs , separating yolks and whites for a fluffier consistency
- 1 cup of coffee , to enrich the aroma
- 1 small glass of rum , added to balance the taste
- A pinch of salt

- Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a pan lined with baking paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, adding the butter until it melts evenly.
